1. Introduction

Welcome to WoWKonnet! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and services provided by WoWKonnet (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Definitions

• Service Providers: Individuals or entities offering services through the App.
• Service Users: Individuals or entities seeking and engaging services through the App.
• Content: All information, text, graphics, photos, and other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

a. Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

b. Account Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

5. Services

The App connects Service Providers and Service Users. We are not a party to any contract or transaction between Service Providers and Service Users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.

6. User Responsibilities

• Service Providers: Must provide accurate service details and honor commitments made to Service Users. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Service User: Are responsible for verifying the qualifications and suitability of Service Providers. Must provide timely payment for services received.

7. Fees and Payments

We may charge fees for certain features or services within the App. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and we are not responsible for errors or disputes arising from their services.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Interfere with the functionality of the App.

9. Intellectual Property

We own all intellectual property rights to the App and its content, except for user-generated content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non- infringement. Use the App at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for use of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ghana.
